These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of fullstacktechnyc.com and related services (the "Service") provided by FullStack Tech NYC ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. You are responsible for the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Credits & payments

• Certain features require credits. One credit equals one completed job unless stated otherwise at the point of purchase.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your selected payment method.
• Credits are for use within the Service, have no cash value, and are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated by us.
• Prices and package terms may change prospectively.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Violate any law or the rights of others.
• Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Use the Service to generate spam, malware, or abusive content.
• Misuse AI features to produce content that is illegal or that violates the policies of our underlying model providers.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit your content solely to operate and provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to submit your content and that it does not violate these Terms.

AI-generated output

AI features may produce inaccurate or incomplete results. Output is provided "as is" and should be reviewed before you rely on it. You are responsible for evaluating the suitability of any output for your purposes.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your content), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FullStack Tech NYC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York, New York.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, when appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
